"We chose Saskia and the lovely team at Zest Kitchen to cater at our wedding, and we couldn't have been more happy with our choice.
From the first time we met Saskia, we just had a feeling that she understood exactly what our vision for our wedding was, and we knew she was going to do everything she could to help us have the best day. We had several phone calls before the wedding to make sure we were happy, and Saskia was always there at the end of a what's app messege to answer all our questions.
On the day itself we had to make some changes to the set up due to the very high winds, Saskia came to us with a solution (before we ourselves has even thought that far in advance) and the flexibility and professionalism shown was just amazing.
The Zest team at the wedding were so fun, friendly and happy, and were brilliant with our guests. They left the kitchen in the venue we had hired spotless at the end of the night.
And a word about the food of course..... what can we say - incredible flavours and perfect presentation. The guests (most of who were not vegan) have been raving and raving about the food, saying they can't believe it was all made from plants. As a vegan couple ourselves we know how the best advert for veganism is amazing food, and Saskia's food is just that - it really does open people's minds to what is possible. We have had friends saying they need more of those bao buns in their life!!
We can't express our appreciation and gratitude to the Zest team enough. We can't wait to head to the Zest Kitchen market stall very soon to try some more of their incredible food.
Thank you again Saskia (and team), you really did go such a long way in making our wedding something that we will talk about for years to come. 🙏🏼🌱💚
